The additional support could come in the form of performing a certain service within lease administration, such as lease abstracting, auditing, or invoice processing. It could also be performing full lease administration for a certain group of leases, such as a region or division.
In this case, NLA supported a national big box retailer with over 1,000 locations to help stabilize the lease administration division while it went through multiple organizational changes. We integrated into the current process and performed full service lease administration for 250 locations of the portfolio. While working with the client, we saved them over $60,000 in CAM reviews.
