National Lease Advisors (NLA) is excited to announce the addition of three new team members who bring a wealth of talent, experience, and energy to our growing organization. From seasoned industry veterans supporting our clients to a new marketing leader enhancing our brand presence, these rock stars will help us continue to elevate our game.
Our newest team members include Fernanda Peres, Kass Karch, and Jacelyn (“Jace”) Muna.
Fernanda Peres
Fernanda Peres returns to NLA after working with the team from 2021 to 2023. Most recently, she worked at a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) management firm, where she supported the Diversified Healthcare portfolio and expanded her expertise in healthcare real estate. In her new role as Account Manager, Fernanda will oversee key client relationships, including a large regional healthcare provider. Her familiarity with our team and proven client-first approach make her an excellent fit for this position.
Kass Karch
Kass Karch joins NLA as a Lease Administrator, bringing more than 20 years of experience in lease administration. Based in the Chicago area, Kass’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience will provide immediate value to our clients. She will collaborate with our lease administration team to support a number of client portfolios across various sectors.
Jacelyn Muna
Jacelyn (“Jace”) Muna joins NLA as our new Marketing Manager. While this is her first official role with the company, Jace has been part of the extended NLA family for years. She is married to company co-founder Michael Muna and has long supported our team and mission. Prior to joining NLA, Jace worked as a teacher in the Dallas area, where she developed strong communication and organizational skills that will serve her well in this new role.
