The CoreNet Global Summit in Anaheim was a valuable and energizing few days for our team at National Lease Advisors (NLA). It gave us the chance to step out of our usual routine, connect with other professionals in the corporate real estate world, attend informative sessions on the future of the workplace, and have meaningful conversations about how companies are managing their real estate portfolios today.

Representing NLA were Ed Muna (President), Michael Muna (Vice President & Co-Founder), and Michelle Andrews (Lease Administrator). Throughout the event, we met with organizations of all sizes, each navigating its own set of challenges when it comes to managing their real estate portfolios and lease administration. Many teams shared familiar goals: improving lease data accuracy, embracing the AI future, getting ahead of critical dates, and gaining clearer visibility into lease costs and obligations.

At NLA, this is exactly where we help. Our team provides end-to-end lease administration services, including lease data management, rent payment processing, ASC 842 reporting, and lease audits. We work as an extension of our clients’ real estate and accounting teams, ensuring that their portfolios stay organized, compliant, and cost-efficient.

While the conference had plenty of sessions and big-picture discussions, what stood out most were the one-on-one conversations. It was great to connect with peers who are equally focused on creating more transparency and consistency in lease management. Those exchanges are what make conferences like CoreNet worthwhile.

We left Anaheim with new ideas, new connections, and a renewed appreciation for the work our clients trust us to do every day.

To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you for taking the time to chat with us. If we didn’t get a chance to meet, we’d still love to connect.
