The retreat began with reflection on NLA’s journey so far and a forward-looking discussion on our 1-, 5-, and 10-year vision. As a team, we revisited our ‘Why,’ reflected on the Raving Fans philosophy of creating exceptional client experiences, and reaffirmed the values that drive our work. A highlight of the opening session was the launch of our 1% Giving Initiative, a new commitment to giving back to our community.

And in true NLA fashion, we balanced hard work with fun. Friendly competition came through spirited rounds of Jeopardy and a collaborative egg drop challenge. Beyond that, we enjoyed time together during group outings around Dallas.
