San Diego, California / June 28,2021 – National Lease Advisors Inc. today announces the addition of Samantha Mitchum to the team as a Director and Senior Account Manager. Samantha will take on a leadership role within the company as it continues to grow to meet client demand.
Samantha brings a strong background in commercial real estate and lease administration to the team. Before joining National Lease Advisors, Samantha worked in the corporate real estate department of California Bank and Trust, a statewide financial institution with more than 100 locations.
While a new addition to the company, Samantha is no stranger to the National Lease Advisors team. She has worked alongside several of her new partners, including president Ed Muna, at a national tenant representation firm where they led the lease administration division. For Muna, this continues the trend of recruiting the top individuals he has worked with over his 25-plus year career. “One of the keys to our success is supporting our clients with incredibly talented and motivated people,” said Muna. “Samantha is one of the best I have worked with over my career, and I am excited to see the level of service she will be providing our clients.”
Michael Muna, the co-founder of National Lease Advisors and a previous colleague of Samantha, is elated for her arrival. “Samantha brings invaluable experience as a lease administrator working with a wide array of businesses from regional firms to international public companies,” says Muna.
Samantha is a graduate of Arizona State University and received her master’s degree at the University of San Francisco.
National Lease Advisors has created a niche in the industry by focusing on lease administration, lease audit, and adoption services for ASC 842, the new lease accounting standard. In addition to working directly with U.S.-based companies, the firm has developed an alliance program to serve the clients of commercial real estate brokers that exclusively represent tenants.
