San Diego, California / February 21, 2021 – National Lease Advisors, Inc. today announced the recent addition of Sarah Pearce to the team as a lease administrator. A twenty-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Sarah will act as a senior advisor within the company’s lease administration division.
According to Michael Muna, co-founder of National Lease Advisors, Sarah’s addition brings the company and its clients a partner with a broad and unique commercial real estate perspective. “What is great about Sarah’s experience is that she spent the first half of her career on the landlord side of the table in a senior capacity, and this knowledge will be invaluable in serving our clients and the daily dealings that take place with their landlords.”
Before joining National Lease Advisors, Sarah spent ten years at GE Capital Real Estate in various capacities that started in property management and concluded as a leasing analyst. Sarah’s commercial real estate career began in high-rise property management in San Diego, and that is where she met National Lease Advisors co-founder, Ed Muna.
For Ed Muna, the addition of Sarah continues the company’s trend of recruiting trusted colleagues that he has worked with in the past. “When Sarah and I worked together twenty years ago, she was just getting started in the commercial real estate. Sarah is a graduate of San Diego State University, and over her career has continued to develop her skills by obtaining some of the industry’s highest professional designations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Associates.
