San Diego, California / January 19, 2021 – National Lease Advisors, Inc. today announced the recent addition of Craig Henderlite as Vice President. Craig will focus on client solutions, portfolio management, and expanding National Lease Advisors’ broker relationships as part of the firm’s strategic alliance program.
Craig brings a diverse background to National Lease Advisors with strong experience in both institutional commercial real estate investments and lending. Craig attended the University of San Diego earning separate degrees in Accounting and Finance with a concentration in real estate.
Craig spent the past three years with a private real estate investment firm where he was involved with $3B in property transactions. His responsibilities encompassed due diligence of complex transactions, including a strong understanding of the lease agreements and how they impact the landlord’s bottom line. His duties regularly involved abstracting lease contracts, performing detailed rent and expense analyses, reviewing commercial budgets, financial modeling, and preparing investment memoranda for the management committees.
Prior to that, Craig spent three years at a national bank on their production and portfolio management teams as a relationship manager, responsible for over $1B in lending transactions and quarterly reporting for outstanding loan commitments.
