San Diego, California / December 1, 2020 – National Lease Advisors, Inc. announced the recent addition of Chloe Christensen to the team as a senior lease administrator. Chloe will act as a lead advisor within the company’s lease administration division.
Chloe brings a wealth of experience in lease administration and data management to the clients of National Lease Advisors. Prior to joining the firm, she was a key player in the lease administration and database management divisions of a national brokerage firm where she oversaw the portfolios for U.S. based companies. Originally from Oregon, Chloe attended Oregon State University where she got a degree in Finance and Communications.
National Lease Advisors has created a niche in the industry by focusing on lease administration, lease audit, and ASC 842 adoption services, the new lease accounting standard. In addition to working directly with U.S.-based companies, the firm has developed a strategic alliance program to serve the clients of brokerage firms that specialize in tenant representation.
