San Diego, California / September 14, 2020 – National Lease Advisors, Inc. today announced the addition of Tiffany Smithson to the team as its Director of Client Services. Tiffany will assume a leadership role in the company’s lease administration division.
Tiffany brings over seven years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she was a key player in the portfolio lease advisory division of Hughes Marino, a national tenant representation firm.
National Lease Advisors has created a niche in the industry by focusing on lease administration, lease audit, and adoption services for ASC 842, the new lease accounting standard. In addition to working directly with U.S.-based companies, the firm has developed an alliance program for brokerage firms that specialize in tenant representation.
