J.P. helps clients manage their lease obligations with core services that center around strategic portfolio planning, lease administration, and lease transactions. J.P.’s diverse commercial real estate background brings over 18 years of experience.
Prior to joining National Lease Advisors, J.P. worked in commercial real estate as a broker representing institutional landlords and occupiers of space. His experience includes portfolio management, portfolio strategy, asset management, lease negotiations and property acquisitions and dispositions.
A strong believer in providing value to clients, he is dedicated to objectively viewing each interaction as if “he” were the client being provided a service from National Lease Advisors.
In his free time, J.P. enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, trail running, mountain biking, and camping.
