Sarah is a Lease Administrator at National Lease Advisors. She and her team help clients based throughout the United States manage their lease obligations on a regional, national, and global level.
Sarah brings our clients a strong understanding of commercial real estate from her nearly 20 years in the industry. Before joining National Lease Advisors, Sarah spent ten years at GE Capital Real Estate in various capacities that started in property management and concluded as a leasing analyst. As a leasing analyst, her responsibilities included tracking and reporting on the performance of a 14-million square foot portfolio.
Sarah’s commercial real estate career started on the property management team of a Class A high-rise in Downtown San Diego. It was during this time that she met and worked directly with National Lease Advisors co-founder Ed Muna. Sarah is a graduate of San Diego State University, and over her career has continued to develop her skills by obtaining some of the industry’s highest professional designations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building and Managers Associates (BOMA).
Sarah, her husband Adam, and their two kids live in Florida, making her the perfect partner for some of the East Coast clients of National Lease Advisors.
Hobbies: Hiking, camping, cooking, weight training, and in-home DIY’s.
